Could of been on time
Highly disappointed with what was sent. Not anything close to what i thought she was getting according to the picture. I know there would be a liitle difference...it that was ridiculous for the amount paid.
I compare the arrangement to what you could pick up at Walmart for $5.99 put in a glass vase add random color balloons and charge $70.
Ive seen arrangements from HEB that were coordinated and arranged with flowers that were simple but done beautifully.
I was truly embarrassed and they were flowers for my daughters birthday.

I would like to see what each size of the arrangements look like. There is one picture and I have to guess whether that's the size I'm ordering.
I ordered the rainbow roses for my daughter and daughter-in-law's anniversary. I was a bit apprehensive because, of course, rainbow roses aren't naturally occurring. My daughter said they were beautiful and she loved them!

I ordered my flowers 10 days ago and they were not delivered till just about 8 PM on the delivery date. They are birthday present and I was hoping they would be there earlier in the day. I know I had the option to pay extra to get them there by noon but I didn't think they would be necessary to get a reasonable delivery time
Would be better if I could use the sale price and the discount at the same time.also, if it needs to be shipped via UPS, please note that on the page when inputting zip code. I never would have sent flowers through UPS.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
