Your delivery is expensive and previously your flowers have not been as big or similar to the pictures shown. However it is a prompt reliable service for someone who lives overseas and wants to send flowers.
I have just viewed the delivered flowers. The picture contains sunflowers and lillies. Neither of these flowers were present in the bouquet and for the price ($55 with a $12.19 credit applied) I think a little poor...3 roses and yellow daisies and some cheap greenery...a little disappointing!
May have to do some investigating to find another service!

Well, I know now I should have paid the extra $4.00 to have the delivery by 12:00 noon. The flowers did not arrive till 6:00 pm and although my friend stated they were "very pretty", she missed out on enjoying them for most of her Birthday. This was a big birthday and very important to me that she would get them for most of her big day. Lesson learned if you want something done you must take care of it yourself. I'll probably pay more and order local next time.
Ordering was good... And I heard from both recipients that the flowers were beautiful. I received a call from the company twice about confirming an address and they finally had to call my recipients to get directions. This was disappointing since the flowers were a surprise but I understand, better to make a successful delivery than not.
The price displayed is not same upon checkout in cart. I felt cheated but still ordered as was urgent.
