At the time of ordering online I was delighted I could order flowers and chocolates at the same time. When the flowers arrived I was extremely disappointed with them. They didn't resemble my online choice, what was sent was horrible big headed flowers. When I seen them I was totally embarrassed, they were a birthday gift and didn't warrant the Monet paid. I doubt I would use this company again.

Worked great for the holidays
It took me an hour almost just to order online because it kept saying 'incorrect ' password even though it is CORRECT as I've always used it! Then I called the 800# and the girl couldn't hear me and then said she couldn't help me. So I was transferred to a recording and held hoping for a person to answer. The girl was nice but she often couldn't hear me either! And she said she couldn't help on her end so to go thru as guest. She was helpful. My concern is one time I had ordered the next step up from reg. For a friend--and I was with her when it was delivered and it was so tiny I was embarrassed! Please check your records when I sent flowers to Willow Elementary! I was charged extra to upgrade but actually SAW the delivery and it was a small bouquet! I am trusting that you will PLEASE honor the request and EXTRA pay that I had to give for an upgrade on this order to my family! Thank you! This delivery was LEFT on the recipient's doorstep and not a single call to my phone # to tell me no one was home! The florist delivery you use in my area has not been very good. The Happy Thanksgiving sign wasn't even included in the flowers which was why I chose those flowers! Thank you for your concern but that florist should not have left the flowers in our bad neighborhood without even a call to me to let me know! I did not write this to be posted. It said if I had a concern, to comment here which is why I wrote so much. I feel you should be aware of who you designate to create and deliver your orders.Thank you!

The $14.99 service fee wasn't shown until checkout would have been nice to know beforehand. After seeing what was sent I was satisfied but the vase in the picture wasn't delivered it was a different color. Which was unfortunate. But she still loved them.
