Had difficulty when my credit did not apply. Called customer service. Lady VRY HELPFUL. Surprised no FLORIST in the Santa Barbara, Calif area. Delivery was to be before 5PM WEDNESDAY NIGHT. DELIVERY After.5. We did not see until 9AM Thursday morning. NOT SURE HOW LONG FLOWERS THERE. A BIT WILTED.
I was very happy with the product itself. However the delivery was delayed-I had to call for a refund for my shipping at which point I was given attitude from the customer service rep that I was extremely kind to. Had I not received this type of service ratings would have been 5 stars. But as such I'll probably go back to 1800flowers

The flowers came in just an ordinary basket, not a cornucopia display. And the Thanksgiving pick was missing. But the flower arrangement was still stunning & beautiful nonetheless so I didn't really mind it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
