Please tell florist that the cube was supposed to be RED. I hate this about From You Flowers! The fact that a florist may not have or may substitute the vase seen In the photo should be mentioned on your website in BOLD TYPE!
The $15 surcharge is a bit much.
The flowers went to my Sister. I did not see them. She said they were nice.
The added fees were outragus and I put in for the Hertz employee discount and it would not allow me to get it. Very disappointed in this therefore will not order again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
