Web site and emails had different prices. I was impressed with the updated emails telling the process of the order. The delivery was on time and the flowers were as described and beautiful.

The product that delivered was a small hangING wicker basket of ivy. At any grocery store for $15... That is quite a different item from the $50 plant I purchased.
I have reached out twice regarding the absolute disaster of an arrangement my Aunt received. I have sent photos of what the florist delivered and in no way does it resemble what I selected online. It is half dead and a total mess. I have requested a refund and was offered the first time 30% and the second time 50%. It is an insult that they think I should pay anything for the what was delivered. I am so embarrassed that my Aunt didn't even know what it was. I wish I could attach a picture for you to see. Wish I had called a florist directly and not bothered with this company.

Has been good service so far. The plant I ordered wasn't in stock but I was called and offered the option to cancel my order or change to a different plant, which I did. My son was apparently very pleased with the arrangement which was delivered. Thank you for keeping me in the loop.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
