I carefully selected the vibrant beauty bouquet based on the color, the lillies and the roses. I wanted the pink and yellow, bright and cheerful, arrangement specifically and as presented in the item description. What was delivered was a few yellow daisies, a carnation, a few orange roses, purple filler and greenery. Clearly nowhere near what was ordered. So disappointed, so embarrassed ( because the arrangement received was not just full of colors and flowers I specifically did not want, it looked like something thrown together from leftovers) and so very certain I will not order from this sight again. There was a sentiment behind this gift being sent, which is now lost. The delivery was prompt but fell short in every single other aspect. One and done.
Prices here seemed much cheaper than other florists in the area. The website was clean and clear, overall a great experience and I would use them again!

Hidden chargers that came up later.
Once the flowers were delivered I saw that I did not get the balloon that I paid for. You guys are advertising the average size balloons but sent the very small balloon on the stick. Why advertise one thing and send another? That is very misleading. This was my first trial with you guys and because you are misleading I will continue using FTD or 800 flowers.

Very Happy with the flowers!
I ordered 2 dozen roses and paid $80 plus for order and shipping. I received the flowers 5:30 in the evening on a 90 plus degree day via UPS. The roses came brown from the heat. I am so disappointed. In the past I ordered from 1800flowers and was very satisfied. The reason I tried you is because I thought we would use a florist in the Manville area. I was notified early in the morning that my order shipped. I can't believe the flowers were in a hot truck for hours. Thanks for ruining my daughter and son in laws anniversary.

The price and delivery time were great and generally ordering was very easy to do. Does anyone send a photo of the flowers actually delivered? That would be a great touch! Otherwise the sender never knows what was actually delivered. My friend said these were beautiful so I am very satisfied.

Web site and emails had different prices. I was impressed with the updated emails telling the process of the order. The delivery was on time and the flowers were as described and beautiful.
My only complaint is that I was not able to apply my credit. After several attempts, I tried the phone number, but was unable to apply my credit there either so I ended up losing it.
