The original price got jacked up right before checkout and if I had not reviewed the order very carefully I would have been charged a ridiculous service fee that made my order almost double what I thought I was paying. Then I was going to skip ordering but y'all sent an email offering to waive the fee. The whole experience was so annoying because I felt like the site was a total setup trying to trick me. I also thought it would be roses delivered but it was carnations or something.
