My only complaint is that I wanted it to be a surprise for my wife...and she received an email from UPS informing about the flowers and their delivery.
Flowers were already wilted upon arrival. If product is going to be scheduled for a late delivery, business owner should ensure flowers are fresh for intended recipient. Thank you.

Perfect. They even got the flowers to destination and recipient before 3 the time recipient was to get off work.
And I only gave them 2 hours notice.
I ordered flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. It is 8:40PM on Friday and the flowers have not been delivered - however, they have been riding around Florida in a hot UPS truck since 10:17 AM this morning. After MANY calls I was finally told if they were not delivered tonight (not likely) they would be delivered TUESDAY! TUESDAY... are they kidding me? They could not tell me why the flowers had not been delivered yesterday or why they had not been delivered today. During the first calls I was told they would be delivered by end of day. Every time I called back, "end of day" time changed from 5 to 6 to 8 to maybe 9. I will never use this company again. They could not or would not resolve my problem. I was told to call UPS, even though it was 7:40 PM at night, I told them they were closed - they insisted I call, I insisted THEY call - they did and guess what? UPS was closed. Not one person I spoke to seemed to care one way or another. They all just said in their robot voices, I'm sorry and I do understand. DO NOT ORDER from this company. At 8:30 PM I finally told them to cancel the order and refund my money.
So far so good, we will see how well it gets delivered etc. Well they arrived at 5pm and look great. Guess i can say boxed flowers are ok
Bouquet delivered was not remotely anything like the photo on order page. This was a sloppy imitation for an $80.00 gift!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
