Usually very easy to order. Had a little more difficulty this morning, maybe I am just not sharp enough yet. Haven't had my morning coffee. The flowers were ordered for my doctor. I happened to be there when they were delivered. The arrangement looked exactly as they did in the photo online. I had to change my ratings because I ordered the largest arrangement and it was much smaller then I expected. Maybe I did not read the description carefully enough but I do think for what I paid it should have been much bigger.

It didn't say anywhere that someone needed to be home to receive delivery. When I got an email that it was delivered I let our client know there was something there for her to pick up. Then I get a call 2 days later saying it was never delivered! The lady on the phone said that it would be delivered that day before 5 pm, never came. Was delivered the next day. We had to have it delivered to our place and then drive and hand deliver it ourselves, kinda defeats the purpose. The flowers were nice though.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
