My only complaint the service & handling Fee is pretty steep. That should be noted at the beginning of your Add, before customers spend the time ordering. I just went way over my budget, but my daughter has been feeling down and I wanted to cheer her up. I hope the flowers you deliver ar breath taking and beutifully done.
The flowers weren't delivered in the same day. My daughter just got them approx. An hour ago, I ordered them yesterday.:-(
Finally, reasonable shiping prices
Recipient loved the arrangement. The shipping was same day and delivered within 3 hours after ordering, and did not opt for the within 4 hour delivery option. I would purchase from this site again.

What I received looks nothing like the picture you advertised on your website. Completely and uterly disappointed I spent a lot of money and didn't not get what I was expecting to get. Will never use your web site again!
I had flowers sent to a funeral and I trusted the company to make the arrangement. It looks like a spring arrangement and nothing like flowers for a funeral. It was quite embarrassing when I received a picture of the arrangement. Pretty yes, but for spring or a get well or something. Not a funeral.
