The flowers were a birthday gift for my sister. This as the first time I sent flowers to anyone and these were to be a beautiful surprise. Sadly the flowers that were delivered were wilting and many were dried out already and limp. Not the beautiful birthday surprise I was looking to give my sister.

I will use a local florist moving forward. The flowers do not match pictures online. Much less quantity, even when you choose midrange option. Not even close if you choose regular option. Just didn't meet expectations.

I sent the flowers to my daughter. When she sent me a picture I was a little disappointed, it didn't look like a cake the way the sample picture made it look. She was very happy with the flowers, so my suggestion is that you try to deliver what you are portraying in your ad a little more closely. Thank you.

Your pricing methods and procedure is deceiving. Extremely so. Be upfront about your pricing, and you'd get a much better rating. There was no communication about how delivery would take place. I paid for same day delivery, and because my disabled father didn't answer the door, they didn't leave the order there or give it to a neighbor. So my dad did not receive his birthday present on his birthday.

Loved the tree bouquet and so did the recipient. In placing the order, the customer should know the recipient's email before ordering so they can be sent care instructions. I didn't have the recipient's email address during the order process so felt I missed out in sending instructions to them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
