I wanted it delivered on the 13th and it was delivered on the 12th. Not on their birthday...but better early than late I suppose.

The arrangement looks like it was assembled last week. The greenery is limp and some of the carnations look bruised. Totally not happy with the quality of the arrangement. I used your company rather than a local nursery thinking I would get better service. Right now I am not impressed. I could have purchased a week old arrangement a the local grocery market. The flowers that were delivered were fine but not representative of what I thought I ordered. Perhaps I misunderstood how the service worked.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
