Just can't believe how expensive flowers are. Placed order, then received notice that they had to substitute a couple flowers they were out of. On the plus side the delivery was timely.
I had ordered a basket from a company on December 20 with 2 day shipping. A few days later, I received an email saying that it would be delivered after Christmas on December 29 due to backlog. On December 29, I received an email stating that it was unknown when basket would be available. It was only then that I was given the option to wait for the basket or cancel. I was so disappointed because I had told the recipients on 2 different occasions to expect it. I canceled the order and found your company. I ordered and the basket was delivered the next day.
The only thing I was disappointed about was that the delivery person did not ring the doorbell, just left it on the doorstep and called from their car. But it's a minor detail.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
