Overall experience was terrible. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and paid an expedited fee for same day delivery before 12 noon. At 5pm I called to check the status and was told the flowers were out for delivery. I promptly cancelled the order since they needed to be delivered by noon. The customer service rep did not seem the least bit concerned when I told her that I would never use this service again. Her response was OK thank you i will credit your card.
Order twice by mistake, would have been OK had the flowers been of up to their usual quality, smelled "old" and the blooms had brown around the edges.very disappointed this order...sorry.!?

Shopping for flowers for my new Great-Grandson was an easy experience.
My Granddaughter called when she received her flowers this morning to say thank you, and they were lovely...also the teddy bear attached to the arrangement was really cute and soft.
Daughter in law enjoyed the flowers.
Given that it's severely cold out there, delivery guys should've taken extra precautions in making sure that the flowers wouldn't start wilting by the time it was delivered. They should've warmed their means of transportation ahead of time, and should've made sure that it was in room temperature before bringing the flowers into their car/truck (whatever it was).
Unfortunately, the flowers arrived wilted. So, not very happy with the delivered product.
I send my best friend flowers every year for her birthday. They send a reminder and a discount every year. I do compare prices with other services and fromyouflowers always has the best pricing. My bestie has loved the arrangements every year.

I had difficulty in changing code for discount. Called FromYouFlowers and they will take care of it. I also ask them no substitute and let me know if there were changes. I never received call and arrangement delivered was different than what I ordered. It had different flowers and vase, however they used meaningful flowers for the message and vase was unique too (not clear vase). Recipient is enjoying the arrangement. Only concern is not following up with me after requesting it and had all information to contact me.

Update: the flowers were acceptable but honestly disappointed again. I asked for bright pink roses and stargazer lillies if possible and i got primarily daisies and another green flower, and a small amount of blush pink roses and a couple of other colorful flowers. Its not ugly but definitely not what I hoped for. I send alot of flowers. Its kind of my signature item to send... this is my 4th order with this company and only 1 in the 4 were acceptable.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
