It populated the wrong city and zip for the person I'm trying to send the gift to and there was no way to change it. That needs to be fixed.
Someone on the phone helped me fix this. I do wish when you order 'florist choice' you could pick a color theme and add a favorite flower to incorporate if possible. My mother likes pinks and lilies. She got reds, yellows, and oranges. She received some orange tiger lilies so she did get those. It would be nice to be able to pick a color theme though, if at all possible.

The advertised sale price was $35.99 originally $44.99. Then it pops up offering me and additional 20% off if I enter my email address. I did and the only discount I got was the original sale price. It said the discount was applied but it wasn't. Unfair marketing practice! I will never do business with this company again!
Website not easy to navigate. Shipping was supposed to be free but I had to go through order process 5 times to get it to accurately reflect the price.

I love Jimmy's. I never order flowers from anywhere else. I feel like if I had ordered locally rather than on line, it might have been less expensive. $14 for handling seems excessive.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
