I should not to HAVE to purchase my 'gift' at a price limit of 39.99 and then pay 14.99 handling and delivery fee. I should have the right to purchase an arrangement at ANY price then pay the extra 14.99! I think this is a scam and will not use your services again. I hope my family gets what I paid for! I wil be calling them to follow up...follow up today-I was told that ALL the Cali Lilies had brown around the edgesHow disappointing for us all! Won't be using your services again!

Excellent display and instructions
The flowers are already browning instead of blooming and appear as though they were frozen. Also there are a bunch of little green pieces shedding everywhere off the flowers. As I also expressed before the fact the flowers were not the lavender roses that I thought I purchased was a huge let down because there was a huge significance to that for the arrangement and person I bought them for. Overall I'm very upset with this and I am unsure if I would order again from here. This was definitely not worth my money. I am very unhappy.
Good price delivered on day it was supposed to be there
I had days messed up for my sister's birthday due to being ill all week and I was desperately trying to get flowers to her rural home today. Not only were your flowers/balloons less expensive than others, but you were actually able to deliver the flowers in the same day, no other major flower company was able to do that. I'm super excited that she will not feel forgotten today. Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
