It was very easy to place my order. I was greatly pleased with being able to send to my friends in Missouri even though I live in Ohio. The shipping cost was a little surprising, but understandable.
Delivery was excellent. I was contacted by the delivery person and we sorted out the locked gage dilemma together. He was very polite and was trying everything in his power to get the flowers delivered and did not leave until they were.
Ordering was easy and intuitive. I have never ordered flowers online, and felt this was easy to do. I paid a little extra to have the flowers delivered same day for our anniversary, and the flowers were delivered the next day. Very disappointed with the delayed delivery and no communication letting me know they would be late and still no reason why. Overall quality of flowers was excellent. They were beautiful. Just jot happy with the delivery time when I paid more for same day delivery.
What I ordered and what my niece received doesn't come close to what I ordered.

I picked a certain arrangement because it showed purple irises which represents the flower for a 25th Wedding Anniversary.

I sent flowers to my aunt for her birthday. The flowers were delivered on time, looked beautiful, and were affordable. I recommend them!

Flowers did not look like picture. They were close but different color roses were used
The prices keep changing. Yesterday during the delivery someone was home and the delivery person never rang the bell nor did the call the contact number. The flowers were just sitting on the porch in the sun for someone to come and take!
Easy! However, it was not stated that there is an additional processing fee until the very end. I could have called a florist and ordered directly to save myself $14! I did not, because you said you could get it done today.
The delivery time was exceptional! I ordered and within 3 hours I received a 'thank you' from the receiver.

Everything looked so pretty on the website but it didn't look like that when receiving them. Some of the flowers were different and not the same in the picture. Also, they were not arranged well. Will not be using this company again.

Due to the temperatures outside, the delivery people called my wife and made alternative arrangements so that the product wouldn't get ruined sitting out.
Will definitely use these people again - if everyone that delivers for them has this same philosophy!

Great experience--delivered on day that was scheduled and beautiful. Only negative was a $15.00 delivery charge. $10 is much more the norm in this area.
Flowers did not look exactly like ones ordered, no blue in delivery flowers, but they were pretty.
One Suggestion: It would be nice if there was a notes area where the client could make a note to the florist about delivery issues or any other requests. I did contact FromYouFlowers-com to request a specific delivery time and delivery was made exactly as requested. Flowers in the arrangement were not quite as pictured on-line, but close enough to make me happy-
I dislike not knowing ahead what all of the extra charges are.
