Delivery experience was pretty horrible for this address in UX because it kept telling me that things were available that were not. I had to fill out the item details 5-10 times before I found a combination that worked and it kept erroring and having me fill in the details multiple times.
Added to this, the vase did not have the photo on it that I paid extra for. The flowers arrived dead, rotting, and smelling awful. They were also smashed as if they were rolling around the back of a delivery truck.
Overall, a horrible experience for an expensive delivery. The online part I can deal with. I get that it's a rural area and that not all things are available. The thing I cannot tolerate is that the flowers' condition on arrival.
