Very satisfied with the delivery time. Arrived a whole day before the estimated arrival time. Also, good communication with the follow up phone number. The flowers were delivered as a surprise and they followed up with the provided phone number. The cost of handling seemed high to me but the cost of the bouquet was reasonable.
Placing order was easy -but delivery not so much states on site page delivery service until 6 pm - florist called to check about time told her as close to 5 pm as possible not sure what happened but got call at 5:15 wanting to know what she was to do about delivery said that no one heard of the person who they were for (neighbor) tried calling back the number no answer and she left voice mail on my phone nasty gram stating it's now after 5 pm her store closed at 5 she now is working over time I think she needs to be aware of the time frame stated on the web or change it
I am so hoping the flowers are as beautiful as the picture. Last time I ordered, not so much. I am trying again.
Once again, a very great disappointment. Flowers delivered were NOT at all as pictured-some of the delivered flowers looking in dire need of water as well. Very sadly, I will not be ordering from this site again.

Delivered on time and the recipient said they were beautiful.
I ordered a dozen roses and a dozen carnations for my wife and paid the same day delivery charge. The flowers, 3 roses and 3 carnations showed up 2 days later. Since the flowers did not show up on the same day, I called the company and they said they would credit my account $20. They did not do that but sent me an email for a $12.99 credit on my next order. When my wife told me that there were only 6 flowers total instead of 24 I called the company back only to be placed on hold so long I finally hung up and called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Very lovely site, but I was confused of the pricing. The flowers I ordered was for $29.99 but the actual price was $34.99. All in all the flowers were lovely and had a nice experience. Thank you!

The concern was the email said I would save $10 and I didn't see any discount until I went all the way back and edited my order. Should have just happened the first. Then she sent me a picture of the final product and I wasn't impressed. I feel like the roses should have been trimmed to look more appropriate for the vase size. Looked clunky. Disappointed
