I tried calling first to place my order, but the girl who answered spoke very broken english. I had to keep repeating everything, and I was afraid she would get it wrong, so I told her never mind, and ordered directly from your website. I should have just done that to begin with. Ordering from the website was very quick and easy.
The bouquet my daughter received wasn't near as nice as I expected it to be for paying to upgrade it to the premium tier. It was pretty, but I was just expecting a little larger bouquet. The vase wasn't very fancy either. Basically a plain jar that looked like a mason jar. Didn't even look like a vase.
The flowers delivered were different than flowers ordered. Not even close.
