The site is more interactive and nice but the agents over the phone makes the overall experience difficult and hard to navigate. Maybe it was my agent. Took to long had to constantly repeat myself unnecessary conversation on a tight timeline. Canceled order with him and did it online.
The picture was very misleading. There is only 4 boxes of gifts...and no heart shaped chocolate. Also the message I wrote was not attached I might not be a returning customer.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
