They have a wide array of bouquets. The additional service fee was a surprise and I chose the 'florists choice ' which I wouldn't do again because the bouquet was pretty much dark flowers which reminded me of fall not July but the blooms looked fresh

For $76 I would think my Mother-in-Law, Sister-in-Law and wife would have received a much nicer package loaded with snacks. I could have spent the same amount at Kroger on my own and built them a HUGE snack basket. Very disappointed with the picture I received from my wife.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
