The delivery fee is too high -
The ordering process was fine, the delivery time was great. I was a little disapointed in the presention of the flowers when they were received. The flowers appeared to be heat withered. They also appeared to be "thrown" into the vase when they should have been cut to fit in the vase appropriately. For $60 I did expect a little more. I have another purchase that is to be delivered this Thursday, I hope they are better.
This is not my first order
I placed an order for a beautiful arrangement for my mother in laws birthday. However, an email was sent saying they didn't have the exact flowers 8n her zip code and they were putting something similar together. Never gave me an option to choose something different. I get a picture of the arrangement, which was pretty, but something that you could buy from your local grocery store for less. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered and there was a significant difference in size and the amount of flowers. Pretty disappointing. So I would watch what you order and if you receive an email saying some product isn't available, then expect to have something completely different sent.
Delivery was early but price is too high.However they did brighten my day.
