After receiving the birthday flowers they were NOT what I ordered. It was supposed to have Gerber daisy's and it didn't. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. I will never order from this site again. I'm so disappointed, what was sent doesn't look worth the amount of money I spent.

The shopping experience is always great, it's getting the florists to deliver what I paid for, and not something that looks like a $12.00 bouquet in a water glass. After receiving photos of what was delivered versus what I ordered I am not happy. This is the second time I am paying for premium bouquet & only getting regular. Photo shows 7+ yellow roses, delivered had 3. Very inexperienced florist. I am, again, embarrassed

Very easy to use but they email me about 6 hrs after I placed my order and informed me that they could not deliver my order the day after it was to be delivered
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
