I will have my flower recipient send me a photo of the flowers. At that time I will make a follow up review.
I ordered the sympathy PREMIUM BOUQUET. The picture shows all WHITE flowers, including roses. What I got was a fall colored arrangement with a couple of maroon lillies, white and yellow daisies and a couple carnations. The flowers do not look fresh and the arrangement looks crowded and unprofessional. I will not be ordering my funeral spray from you.
I was hit with a $14.99 service fee during the very last step, which was unexpected, and a bit deceptive.
Also, after seeing all the on-site and off-site ads for same day delivery, I decided to use this company. I was informed later that they couldn't do same day delivery. These were for a birthday. Inexcusable, you sell suckers on a promise you have no intention of fulfilling.
So far my experience has been very good. Only one time has there been an issue.

I would not have purchased when I saw $15.00 added for delivery. I was shopping on other sites When I received a message that I could complete my abandoned order with free shipping, I came back and completed my order. I don't know if I would do it again though without the free shipping.
This is a fake florist! They take orders and never fill them personally. They take orders and put them to a wire service hoping for a real florist to fill.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
