Apostrophe isn't supported by the automatic postcard system the website uses. I didn't know about it beforehand. As a result the postcard arrived with pound signs all over the place.

Nice arrangements
I was very impressed with my overall experience. First of all, the flower selection is amazing. I also received free shipping and was not charged any extra fees as was the case in many of the other online websites! My daughter received the flower arrangement on her birthday (as requested) and said they are really pretty and have a nice fragrance. I am looking forward to seeing her Instagram post! Thank you for making her 30th Birthday a special one!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
