Shopping experience and delivery time was excellent. Price, was just so so. Thought I was getting a deal until I saw the delivery charges and then saw that the price was not much better than any other flower delivery service. As for quality of product, it's hard to say because I don't get a photo of what is actually delivered.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy but they were not delivered within 4 hours which was disappointing they were delivered the next day.

Was not expecting to be charged 15 for service fees and didn't get a picture of the flowers I sent but my grandma loved them so that's what matters.
Started out fine...then a glitch happened. Then the customer service supervisor Mike made everything right. He met the situation head on and proceeded to correct it. He apologized sincerely. As did the 2 other people I spoke with.
Because of the wllingness to accept and correct I will be a repeat customer and tell others.
Heard from my 13 year old niece loved her flowers and her younger brother was excited to see the balloon. Now I don't know if she shared.

The only thing I would change is the way a potential customer navigates the website, specifically using the arrows. The user has to scroll all the way to the bottom and start over from one after they place something in their cart.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
