I ordered the eternal love flowers as they had lilies in them which are my wife favourites. When they were delivered there were no lilies.

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the rose and lily bouquet and it looks like the flower shop ran out of flowers because there are not many in the vase. I also ordered a box of chocolates and did not receive them, rather the florist substituted a teddy bear instead. Not what I ordered. I am very dissatisfied. I called From You Flowers and got about $7.50 back, which is not much.
The people who received the order were very happy, they said the fruit and plant was absolutely wonderful. Thank you.
