Ordered flowers online on 05/01/18 to be delivered 05/03/18. Flowers were not delivered on 05/03, so I called on 05/04 to see what was going on. The person I spoke with was courteous, gave me a 15% credit and told me that sometimes the flower shops have trouble seeing the flowersfromyou.com orders on an app or something like that. Clearly, because the flowers I was specifically told would be delivered on time after paying at checkout - were not delivered until Monday 05/05/18 at 5:30pm! That's TWO days late. They also gave me a $15.00 online credit to flowersfromyou.com, which won't be used, because I'll never be buying flowers online again. This was my first experience shopping for and buying flowers online. It was also my last. The flowers that were received were pretty, but not worth the hour I spent on the phone (half hour wait time and half hour speaking with the representative) and not worth the disappointment of my friend not receiving the flowers when she came home from the hospital. Would not recommend.

I live in the Uk and ordered flowers for my mother for British Mother's Day through this site. When she showed me a picture of the flowers that wer delivered I was completed shocked at the product delivered and wwhatbut was described like! Feel totally disappointed and will never order from this site again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
