I live in the Uk and ordered flowers for my mother for British Mother's Day through this site. When she showed me a picture of the flowers that wer delivered I was completed shocked at the product delivered and wwhatbut was described like! Feel totally disappointed and will never order from this site again!

I chose the delivery date of March 11th because it is my daughters birthday today and it was a date available online instead it got delivered yesterday Saturday March 10th. Disappointed it wasn't on her birthday.

Handling charge WAY to high!
The arrangement that was delivered looked NOTHING like what the pic showed, even though I upgraded to premier because thats what was indicated on the description. The big beautiful flowers shown were replaced with carnations. VERY dissatisfied!
I appreciate fromyouflowers.com, and am extremely happy that what I ordered, was what was actually delivered, however I am a little disappointed with the delivery time. I expected my delivery to occur in the morning and it did not happen until 6:00 p.m. I also expected free delivery, as I had a coupon, but actually paid an $18 fee, which in my mind, is completely ridiculous and overpriced. Overall though, I had a good experience and will use the service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
