A total ripoff! I paid good money for a floral arrangement that was called brilliant orchid and the arrangement that was delivered was not even close to the quality of what I paid for. Also there was not a single orchid in the arrangement. I could have done better with grocery store flowers for a fraction of the cost.

WE are long time, repeat customers! Definite problems with this "same day" order! We kept trying to place the order, well ahead of the 3pm recipients time zone cut off -- but the FYF website forced us to choose delivery as NEXT day (Saturday's) delivery- which of course was even more expensive than Same-Day (another $6.99 extra). We really wanted the Same-Day delivery as advertised, but the site would not allow us to do so. We chose a Same Day product- so WHY could we not get same day service? How Frustrating to be charged even more-- maybe it's designed to be that way? Plus, these flowers were not delivered in the excellent form we have come to expect -- especially for what we had to pay. We should NOT be charged the huge delivery fee when there was something wrong on your end. Please respond with some acknowledgment of the mess this order became (it was supposed to be roses for a birthday! Made late-- and with flowers that were...underwhelming.) We've given our business to FromYouFlowers for quite some time, usually with good results. Please honor that faithfulness with an appropriate credit.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
