I am a little upset that 20 % off was not applied. It was suppose to be automatically applied with M11 code,and that $2.99 shipping was added to FREE SHIPPING? The arrangement was ok, but 2 of the flowers were broken.

1800-flowers doesn't have anything on this service. Not only have 1800-flowers not delivered flowers twice when I paid a good price for them, they told me that at 10AM same day delivery was impossible. So I decided to give From You Flowers a shot. They had the perfect flowers for what I needed and delivered them within 4 hours of purchase on a very important day (first anniversary of my Grandma's passing) to my mom and my aunt, already put together in the exact arrangement I ordered. No substitutions. It was perfect and they loved them. I will definitely be using this service again.
