Was my first time ordering flowers for someone.
I wish I could see an actual Comparison shot of what each size would look like if I were to choose a regular vs deluxe.
Also, message on the card was incorrect and actually ended up confusing the recipient. Also, would have been nice to have picked a time or get a time frame of when they were expected to deliver. Was nervous and had to call in to customer service and then they had to call the florist to let them know. Sucks having to stress when you're paying as much as you are.

No mention was made of all the fees that raised my total to over $50 from $28 until the last screen. The fees are excessive and should be disclosed earlier in the process.
What I wrote earlier still obtains. But I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and the recipient was very complimentary about the beauty of the arrangement. All in all, I am satisfied with this transaction and would use this company again.

Would alway try to find sites with free shipping. Your site didn't show the shipping costs till the end. If I wasn't so busy, I would have clicked out of your site with the $14.99 handling charge plus a sales tax which NH doesn't have.

I chose the site because it showed the delivery date that I wanted (11 - a sunday) and many other websites didnt deliver on sundays
For my sad surprise, it was delivered on saturday

The flowers my Aunt received were nice but the one I chose from your sight were much brighter and cheerier flowers and the vase wasn't the same with the curling ribbons tied around it. But the price was good.
Did not realize recipient needed to put flowers in the vase.
