I think the price was too high
It was one day of delay
The price was fine however I sent these flowers as a gift to a special person and it was 80 percent leaves and bits of flowers when what I purchased didn't even have leaves in it. It was more of an embarrassment than a gift.

The flowers looked NOTHING like the photo. There were only three puny looking roses in the arrangement. I paid for an upgrade to the deluxe arrangement and it was not at all deluxe.

The flowers were received and described as being beautiful. I wish someone had taken a photo so I would know how they looked before sent. It's a little extra for those who send flowers to recipients in another city, another state. Costs nothing to send on an email, but it would make me want to only use this florist.

My experience was just okay. I didn't know my total until I gave you my credit card info. I didn't like that at all! Fix this issue and I will for sure use you again! Unless I find out that the flowers that I sent were crummy! They should be delivered Wednesday. The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered, and they were beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful plant! They were delivered on the day that they were promised, and the plants were beautiful! I just wish I could have gotten them there sooner. I definitely will refer my friends to this site!
This is my third time using your flowers. So far the recipients have given me positive feedback so I registered this time as I will continue to use your service. I just wish your shipping fee was lower.
Ordered some flowers for my girlfriend, and even paid extra for the "before noon" delivery because yesterday was a very special day for us. Flowers never came.
Customer Service (the first call) was great! The gentleman refunded my "before noon delivery" payment and awarded me a $10 gift certificate to use at a later date. I was then promised that the flowers would be delivered before 5pm. They weren't.
Second call to customer service was junk. I was hung up on after sitting on hold for 10 minutes.
Third call to customer service (I thought) was a success. The CSR told me that the flowers would be delivered the next day, waved another $3 fee, and assured me that my order would be upgraded.
Here we are, the next day, and my flowers still never came. Their excuse continues to be "We cannot get ahold of the local florist"...well, then I guess you should have a backup plan in place, or get yourself a new local florist.
Customer Service has done nothing but lie to me, waste my time, and give me the runaround like they're unable to do anything about the situation. I've worked in the call center environment enough to know a classic runaround when I see/hear one. My flowers won't be coming, I already know. I've also seen enough reviews of this place to know that when your flowers don't come, they never will.
I'll be contacting the BBB tomorrow, provided my questions, concerns, and purchase aren't addressed properly today.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
