So far a great place to get flowers. Nice variety to choose from
The quality was substandard. Even though there were pictures to go from standard to deluxe to premium (for added cost of course) what was delivered was skimpy and droopy, I would have been better off buying flowers from the grocery store for a ton less money. I sent three emails to address this issue and am still waiting for a response. The trajic part is the arrangements were from the wife of the deceased and his two little girls and then the Grandmother and Aunts and Uncles. Terrible.
So far so good... will see after flowers are received and what they were thought of.

Extremely Disappointed, I had ordered Rustic Roses for $75 and what was delivered is a cheap 6 roses and carnations with greens. This is NOT what I have ordered. The order also came in late.
I NEED A CREDIT and EXPLANATION for the wrong order - I will comment on the internet for the poor disappointing service and there was no call. I can send the picture of what was delivered. THIS IS A RIP OFF and DISAPPOINTING.

I'm disappointed that I didn't get the free delivery. I was very disappointed that the receiver of the flowers had to put them together themselves. I could have gone to Jewel and got the same thing for less money and they would have been already in a vase.

Quite a jump in price at the last step! Total price was double what I had expected. Completed the order because I needed to get it done. Would have found another company otherwise. The flowers were well received by the recipients with a hand written card. Well done on the delivery and product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
