I can not comment on delivery as they were sent as gift. The recipient was very pleased with flowers,
I did not see the flowers when they arrived but was told they were beautiful and were still as fresh looking a week later.
I was very embarrassed and disappointed with the total quality of my order the, arrangement I paid for was a deluxe and I got a small with small roses, the flowers should have been blue and white but I got purple and white flowers instead, along with an additional $5 charge for a banner which It did not have at all either! Someone wrote what was supposed to be on the banner in pen on the delivery card,! The arrangement was not worth the $230, I definitely will not be ordering From here again!

Delivery details are not explained very well and for a morning service, there is an extra charge that wouldn't even get the flowers to the Funeral Home before the viewing (11 AM). But the selection and prices are wonderful. I was very pleased with the flowers. I'm glad I ordered the platinum bouquet, it wasn't as big as I expected but still very pretty.
14 99 handling is a little high
The arrangements are always beautiful. Receiver of flowers was suppose to be a surprise. Florist called for directions and delivery was received2 hours later. I was sent a notification that they where delivered when they weren't. Receiver spent 2 hours looking and waiting for delivery

First time ordering from this company. Using same-day delivery service and hoping the follow-through of my order happens.
The flowers I received did not look nearly as nice as the picture I ordered from. I wanted the clear glass vase and received a dark black vase. I needed it to be 'cheerful'. It was not. The flowers we're not tightly snugged together. Instead they we're loose and hanging in some areas. I didn't mind paying for the deluxe size, but I was expecting a deluxe return.
Fromyouflowers has been totally on the spot for the past few years I've had the privilege of being it's customer. Since I live in Hawaii, I was totally dependent of the type of service I was to receive and its been great from the start.
