I received an email granting free delivery, but the total did not reflect such a discount. The website also provides a discount code for 20% off, but the website doesn't allow the code to be entered.
The arrangement that was ordered was not received. The order was for 2 dozen wild rainbow roses; 2 dozen yellow and orange roses were delivered without communication. I called customer service to advise of the unsatisfactory order and was offered a 20% refund to which I declined and countered with a full refund or at least 50%. This arrangement was to be for a special occasion and we were not satisfied with the product.
Noone rang the bell or knocked to let customer know flowers were delivered.

Arrived when I asked and was very lovely.
Very nice delivery person. Item arrived later than I hoped but it was delivered the day I ordered it, so I was happy about that. Disappointed the Item did not look like a wedding arrangement. It looked like an office gift or a masculine gift. The Mylar congrats balloon was not a romantic theme, the ribbon in plants was suppose to be white n gold or pink, again something romantic but it was not, plus the ribbon was frayed on end, appearing old. Then there is the container the plants were in, Big disappointment! It was a dark brown wood look, not white with legs, as shown. The one shown had a wedding look, that's why I chose it. I paid extra for Deluxe package to make sure arrangement looked as pictured. The one received looked nice but is for an office gift not a wedding. The plants were nice and a tad larger than shown and delivered the day ordered, which is absolutely awesome! I also really like, that we can chat online regarding questions about order and my requests were handled. So overall, some good, some needs a lil work. I will try them again.
