This is the second time that I've ordered from this site. The first time I ordered a vase that was shown with a succulent in it. I purchased this one to then receive no succulent. I reported this and they said you were out of them. I gave y'all the benefit of the doubt and ordered a different vase yesterday with white lilies in it and then received not a single lily! Im not sure if there's a supply issue, but it's a big bummer!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
