This is my second order with Flowers.com. Not too happy about the goods that I paid for. Overpriced for what I received and did not look much like the online picture. It was delivered on time. Just disappointed with the product.

It is a shame we are not allowed to use coupons and that your prices change according to which website you look at I also expected a fuller arrangement - there were more flowers but they used the same vase and crammed the flowers into the same size vase that was for the 39.99 arrangement - expected a little more space and a little more color than red and yellow with a spritz of purple for 59.99.
The arragement was similar but not the same. Quality was good but was dissapointed she didn't receive what was on the website. Main flowers were the only thing that was the same. Not sure I'll use the site again. My daughter was happy with what she received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
