This is my second order with Flowers.com. Not too happy about the goods that I paid for. Overpriced for what I received and did not look much like the online picture. It was delivered on time. Just disappointed with the product.

It is a shame we are not allowed to use coupons and that your prices change according to which website you look at I also expected a fuller arrangement - there were more flowers but they used the same vase and crammed the flowers into the same size vase that was for the 39.99 arrangement - expected a little more space and a little more color than red and yellow with a spritz of purple for 59.99.
The arragement was similar but not the same. Quality was good but was dissapointed she didn't receive what was on the website. Main flowers were the only thing that was the same. Not sure I'll use the site again. My daughter was happy with what she received.

Five stars all the way! The delivery was made at 9am which was great! My mom took longer than expected to get to the door because she's 90 and moves a little slower than most! She made it to the door as the delivery driver was getting into his car, he left the flowers on the porch but took the time to say happy birthday before he left! That was very sweet!
The flowers were sent to a friend & she said they were lovely! Thanks! I will definitely order from you again!

Love the selection and ease of ordering. However, was disappointed in the size and the ferns looked wilted.
The flower I ordered which showed online that was available wasn't even available after all. So they delivered a different product. Oh well life goes on lesson learned

The lilies dropped petals after 3 days, I think they should have lasted longer, rest of the arrangement was fresh
