I thought the price was a little steep, but I haven't bought flowers in a lo g time,
I paid for expedited delivery so my friend could receive her flowers prior to noon. It's nearly 4:00pm CST and she still has not received it. I called their customer service number to report it. They put me on hold to "contact the florist", then came back on line to say the florist wasn't answering their phone. They apologized, and offered me a $10 gift card and they said they will remove the expedited delivery fee. I'll be sure to look for it, but I have a feeling I'll probably end up having to dispute this entire purchase because I'm not confident it will be delivered at all.

What was paid 89.99 in flowers and arrangement and what showed up looked like it came from a grocery store for 29.99 and my 6 year old could have put together something nicer.

It was wonderful to be able to order online to have flowers delivered to someone who is special to me! It was fairly quick and the recipient told me they came in perfect condition and he was impressed with the packaging. The flowers were dropped off at his door and the FedEx person did not even ring the door bell! My cousin was lucky enough to have been home and he head the thud when the flowers were placed? Or is that thrown...enough to make a loud thud. He quickly brought the flowers in as the temp was about only 25 degrees. The FedEx way of delivering is not like it used to be and leaves something to be desired, but that is not the fault of the flower company! Thanks for providing beautiful flowers!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
