The flowers were beautiful, but the attitude of the shop owner was abrasive. She called me insisting on getting the cell number for the recipient and when I told her it was a surprise, she very abruptly told me that she needed that cell number to make sure someone was home for delivery, otherwise I would be charged twice for the delivery fee (which was already more than half the cost of the flowers). This was annoying because the web site suggests entering the sender's phone number if the flowers are to be a surprise. I had the recipient's daughter call her back to confirm when someone would be home in order to maintain the surprise. Her daughter told the shop owner that she would be home until 1 PM. The shop owner sighed and said the delivery person didn't come in until 10 AM and she hoped he could be there by 1 PM. The overall feel was that the shop owner was more concerned about her convenience than customer satisfaction.

There was no place to put time of delivery, as my wife works evening shift and doesn't get to work til 6:00pm hopefully delivery will be by 4:00pm

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
