This was OK, but it took way longer than I expected.
I ordered the Pink Floral Display Deluxe for my great aunt's funeral. What was delivered was sparsely prepared mess of flowers in which most were already wilted or dead. Looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. Everyone in attendance remarked that I should get my money back. I am embarrassed and very upset, as I could not be in attendance in person since I live across the country. fromyouflowers.com customer service was quick to respond, but only offered a 20% refund which is downright insulting. Do not order from them.
Delivery was a day late
The order was delivered very timely. I am dissatisfied with the quality of the product. The arrangement was not nearly as nice as shown on the website and the vase was a jar. Like a pickle jar. It looks very cheap not worth $40 I will not use you guys again unfortunately
A deluxe designer choice bouquet was nothing more than 10 tulips and some green leaves in a vase. The tulip rainbow arrangement pictured on the website looks nicer and was less expensive.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
