My granddaughter loved the smoky mug bouquet
The experience was great, my only comment is that the delivery fee was too much, almost an additional $20 on top of the cost for the product.
Don't see the total or itemized charges until after payment info already in, etc. Should do that earlier to save alot of work if decide extra fees are too much.

I didn't appreciate the $14.00 Handling fee at the end of purchase. I was shocked but ordered anyway since I liked the item even though I was overpaying for it. I received a delivery confirmation at 9 am stating the gift had been delivered when it wasn't until 6pm last evening.
They were solid white, I was expecting a little pink in the flowers.
My friend was very pleased with the flowers and chocolates. She said the flowers were bright and beautiful and very cheerful.
I ordered from you in February and LOVED the arrangement you sent. I thought I sent the same arrangement to my sister who just had surgery and was disappointed to see that it was so much smaller and not the same. I did call your customer service department and she was extremely helpful and it turned out I ordered a different arrangement in February and apparently ordered a vase on this recent order, so that was my mistake. After taking that into account I do love the arrangement. It truly was bright and cheery, just what was needed after a surgery. I did write down the two different arrangement names and will be more careful when selecting a vase or no vase. I do love your site and the quality on these two arrangements were great. I would recommend you to friends and family.

Great customer service! Sent flowers as surprise and it turned out perfect!
I didn't see the product as it was delivered to someone else but what I do know from the recipient is that the card was not attached to the order, only a business card. Luckily my phone# was on it only because I didn't know the recipient's # so from that he was able to figure out who sent the basket.
I was very pleased with the satisfaction of my friend from the fresh smell and look of the flowers delivered. It was the first time that I've ever ordered flowers online due to the fear of not being able to actually look at what's picked and sent in person, but now I'm convinced that there's nothing wrong with putting someone else in charge of doing the task via internet. Most of all, I was very impress in how fast the order was filled and delivered to my friend in Arkansas with me placing the order in Texas. She received the flowers and balloons within 1-2 hours from me placing order. That's fast and fantastic. I will be using this place of service in the future for any of my floral and balloons deliveries, and also will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks for such a great and awesome first experience with doing this type of arrangement online.

The arrangement alone was $39 without all the fees. My sister sent pic of arrangement thanking me. I was not happy with what you sent as it looked nothing like the pic you advertised with. What she received had only a few plants and was in a tiny basket. Definitely not worth what I paid.
I'm completely satisfied with your service. But it would be better to see on your web-site all kind of balloons and choose from them, and all kind of bear in order to know how big they are.
