Do not buy flowers from this business please. I spent almost $60 and they ended up delivering them hours late and they looked horrible. When I asked for a refund they have gold on what they would refund anywhere from 30% finally 40% then we landed at 50% so out of $60 I finally got $10 back to buy some real flowers. It was incredibly embarrassing and I'm going to continue to shop at Costco because this place sucks

Unfortunately the flowers that were delivered were not as pictured. I understand that substitutions can be made based on seasonal availability. Tulips are in season and should've been in the arrangement. I've ordered from this company before and was pleased with the product. However, this time, I'm very disappointed with how the arrangement turned out.
It didn't look like I thought it was going to.
It did not look like the picture, It was supposed to be red white and blue, very little blue, not symmetrical at all, like the photograph. The handwriting on the card had cross outs, not very professional looking. Should have had the cards typed, it would have looked better.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
