You should not have a minimum charge for delivery and then another delivery charge on top of that. If you charge a delivery charge then there should not be a minimum amount for the flowers a customer chooses.

I was a little disappointed that the arrangement did not arrive in the "Mason Jar" vase as it was listed.
In the future, maybe if an item is not available in the arrangement, there might be an email sent that it is okay to send something else in its place. The arrangement was beautiful! And the receiver of the flowers loved it:)

It was so easy to order, but I have to say that the picture online was very pretty, when I received the picture of the order delivered I was disappointed, it resembled it, but it looked so thrown together...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
