Flowers were beautiful, delivery time was awful. These were for my mom's bday and she works at the courthouse.these were delivered at 12, after she already went to lunch. The whole reason I wanted these delivered, was for her to be there and be surprised. At this rate, I could've just delivered them myself. I ordered these yesterday early afternoon so I don't understand why they couldn't have been delivered this morning!
