Roses arrived on time and in excellent condition. However they were not what I ordered, nor was the vase.
The problem with the order was one that neither of us could have anticipated so it's no big deal but having the delivery delayed a day due to the snow and cold in Philadelphia area had the roses a bit wilted. I haven't seen them and had to really nag at my friend to get her to say that because she was thrilled with them. You have been so great with every one of my orders so I hesitated to even say anything about this one but God doesn't work for either of us so and he was the culprit. Thanks for my opportunity to follow up on the order.
The flowers looked a lot different than the flowers I ordered for my mom. Not pleased with the product.

Very nice website! The order was a surprise birthday gift but was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be so it ruined the surprise. I was disappointed that it was delivered 1 day late. At least he got it and loved it. I will try again at the end of March to see if you can get the item to the person on the correct date. If it is delivered late, I will discontinue using your company.
I wish that they could be delivered in the evening on the same day but everything else was great!

Bouquet was the small size in your photographs, not the larger more complete arrangement.
I had ordered the deluxe but looks like i received less than expected but beautiful still
I ordered and paid for a dozen roses. What was delivered (on time) was a bouquet containing 5 roses, and the rest was filled out with carnations. From you Flowers contends carnations are an adequate substitute for roses. I would say this is patent nonsense.
