Okay except on the card, I wrote a 4-line poem. It looks like the message will not be in the four lines, but just as one sentence after another. I hope it will be in four separate lines.
As I suspected, the poem on the card was not the way I asked for it to be, and made little sense the way it was. Very disappointing.

Quick and easy...but the arrangement did not contain any of the flowers depicted in the order! The florist used cheap carnations and less expensive substitute flowers. My wife and cousin have worked in the florist business and felt that the quality of the piece was sub-par.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
